Layered skater/pixie/tutu skirt! Colors and prints include black sequin ruffles, purple, red, and gray mummy. The bottom layer is a knit material with ruffle/mummy fringe overlay. Stretchy purple waistband. Can also be worn as a tube top! Great for raves, festivals, halloween, mummy, witch, gothic costumes and more! 

I also make matching gloves and leg warmers! Wear this over your leggings, boy shorts, bikinis or other skirts.
