Shipping: eBay figures shipping cost based on expected weight, box size and your zip code. I do not dictate those numbers. I charge whatever I'm charged by the post office. If shipping is less than expected, I always refund the additional cost figured by eBay. I do not charge for tape, boxes, bubble wrap.
