These pants say they are for kids, but I wore them, I am 5’1 and weigh around 145. So they are perfect for women too! I think they are water proof or water resistant. They are super warm, I wore them duck hunting in negative degree weather. I don’t see any flaws on them but please check pics closely for condition.
