Offered Antique Victorian Solid Sterling Silver Vesta Case Pill Box

The oval vesta case case having on one face swirling bright cut foliate engraving with shield shaped cartouche with initials " AD " engraved, and on the other face image of an English rose engraved.  Lid and hinge in good order lid closes with a reassuring snap, gilded interior
