The item is sold as is, as found, and as you see it. The sale is for a vtg. California Pottery ceramic lidded soup tureen with spoon and underplate. There are four pieces in all. The glaze is a brown/mustard color. The glaze is muted, some areas of brown, sometimes mustard with brown and can be infused in glaze. Plate has more mustard color. Good condition with age related issues. The tureen lid has a finial knob top, a few stains on underside ridge; could be factory flaws. Some shiny spots and miniscule holes. Glaze flaw on underside near edge, unglazed spot nearby; I think misglazed spot. The tureen bottom top has 3 speck white fleabites on edge. They are almost separated in a pattern; could be factory fleabites. The underside, a few scratches from pattern wear use. Underplate has some light scratches and sticker residue. Underside is marked USA Calif. TR-7. Some scuffs on underglaze ridge on pottery on outside ridge. Spoon has a few glaze flaws. The set will have glaze color and pottery flaws like spots dots lumps and bumps and may have pinholes. See all pics for they are part of description. May have other issues not mentioned but mentioned most significant. Tureen is 9.5" X 6.5". Inside is 6". Spoon is 8.5" X 3". Plate is 11.5".
