SEE PICS! Item turns on, light comes on, machine works when you press foot pedal, and speed adjustment works. I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TEST MACHINE BEYOND THIS POINT SO PLEASE SEE PHOTOS! YOU GET EXACT MACHINE SHOWN. I'll answer questions if I can. Original owner told me it functioned well. THE BACK PANEL WHERE THE POWER CORD PLUGS IN IS LOOSE DUE TO A DAMAGED SNAP. It doesn't affect use and isn't super noticeable but it is an issue with the machine.
