It comes complete with a mahogany case lined in green felt. The hinged case measures 40cm x 29cm x 8cm.
The set comprises 6 table knives, 6 table forks, 6 dessert knives, six dessert forks, 6 teaspoons, 6 soup spoons, six fruit spoons and 2 serving spoons.
It was an unwanted gift and has been used once only as courtesy to the gifter. It has been in storage since. As you can see from the pictures the cutlery is still in its plastic sleeves.
There is the odd bit of evidence of minimal use to the case and cutlery. This is only mentioned in the interest of honesty.
The style of this set is reminiscent of the Community era, with its post-1940 style.
