Condition: Pre-owned and in great condition! Has minor scratches here and there. Tested through both VCR and DVD functions, works as should.

With this unit, you will be able to use the player on any TV with the HDMI adapter. You will also be able to transfer videos from VHS/DVD onto your computer via USB (instructions included with product). Software to digitalize your videos is included with a CD and paper instructions.

If you wanted to burn the files onto a DVD, would would need a computer with DVD burning capabilities. Or you could transfer them onto a memory card and bring it to a store where you could then burn them onto a disc.

And, of course, this player can be simply used to play DVD and VHS tapes.
