Edwardian era 1910, Made In Birmingham, England by J.G Ltd.

Sought-after English Edwardian heavy gauge, solid silver antique vesta case. Traditional design, plain polished decor, perfect to be monogrammed. Secure hinged lid closes nice and snug keeping matches safe and sound. The ribbed match striker runs the underside of the case.

The match case features a suspension loop so the case can be attached as a pendant, watch fob or to an Albert chain if required.

Clear struck hallmarks to the rim date to 1910 Joseph Gloster Ltd, Lion Silver Works, Hockley Hill, Birmingham, England.

Measures excluding loop: 4.7cm x 3.7cm x 1.1cm / weight: 27.49g approx.

• In good used antique condition. The case does have small dinks, dimpling and scratches, lid closes and opens great.
