Genuine Antique Victorian 1/2 Gill Royal Navy Rum 'Grog' Copper Measure with Royal Navy Broad Arrow Service Stamp.

The correct Queen Victoria cipher crown over VR6 with a stamped letter "D" and Royal Navy broad arrow service stamp are clear. The impression of the 1/2 Gill quantity stamp is still just visible beneath.

The form is as per 19th Century Royal Navy service with riveted fishtail seamed handle and tinned interior.

Age is mid to late 19th Century (1837-1900).
