I would call the shade of blue Denim blue, and this knit tunic top is by Pretty Angel. It has split cold shoulder sleeves, tunic length, Glittery fabric, A-Line style, and silver tone studs. There is crochet (unlined) lace at the center of the bra area, and strappy detail at the back shoulder neck area. The sleeves are split from the shoulder to lower part of the arm and also have the silver tone studs. This fabric has glittery sparkle that I couldn't get to show in the photos, but it's got a bit of bling and the top goes great with jeans, capris or dress pants. 

Condition is previously owned, gently and lightly worn, with no issues noted. This is in wonderful, barely worn condition.
