Yashica Mat 124-G medium format 6x6 TLR with strap, case and lens cap.  In excellent vintage condition.  Shutter works at all speeds.  Viewfinder with ground glass is intact, minor dust, loupe works properly.  Lens is clear, minimal dust. Aperture blades are free of oil. Light meter does not respond (a handheld meter or the sunny f16 rule will give better results anyway).  Body shows minimal wear.  Flash sync works.  Case shows hardly any blemishes (one of the two loops around the strap connection is cut), see pics.  Strap is fully intact.
