Parts Only: Phone charges & phone powers on but screen remains black, does not boot. Green light flashes then blue flashing light. DId hard reset, phone cycles, ATT chime is heard, but flashing blue light remains, black screen. Could be fixable.  Also, could not get SIM card tray open but did not have tool.
