Vintage Nooitgedagt 3/4" Bevel Edge Chisel Black Resin Handle. Netherlands. As pictures show this very rare old chisel is in  "Very Good Vintage Usable Condition" This shows all over signs of Moderate age/storage/use, this may need a  quick sharpen & he OK for work now.
