This is the Hard to Find and long Out of Print CD of the music to the Dirty Harry films. It features Lalo Schifrin's scores to the original Dirty Harry (1971), its sequel, Magnum Force (1973) and 1983's Sudden Impact (the only Dirty Harry film directed by Clint Eastwood).
Released by Warner Music France in 2001, it has the identical tracklisting to The Dirty Harry Anthology CD (which was released 3 years before) but has far better packaging than that release. For a start, the tracks are ordered by film (rather than the Anthology version, which scattered the tracks randomly). Also, the earlier release had relatively little liner notes, whereas this release's booklet not only features stills from the film, but has an extensive Lalo Schifrin interview & biography, a Don Siegel (director) bio and info on the score. The booklet if unfolded has a poster of the film (please see photos 3 & 4 for evidence of this).
Condition: In VERY GOOD condition.
