Water tower is in good condition overall. Little dusty since it was just pulled from storage. Item was hooked up and  still worked. Includes vintage control button. Button was not tested. I found it after testing the water tower.

Please keep an eye out for additional trains items to be listed. My dad was an avid train collector, and we are in the process of selling his collection. His collection was very large and it will take me some time to get them all posted.
