A matching pair of antique Dresden Porcelain candlestick holders in the form of an old woman and man sitting in half cut barrels under flowering branches with table cloths for shades

She is darning socks he is cleaning or repairing boots he could be a cobbler

Each having three sconces on applied flowering branches

Very fine attention has been taken to the detail all hand painted 

They date from the late 19th century

They measures 25 cm / 9 3/4 inches in height and 30 cm / 12 inches across the sconces

In good antique condition I have seen the same figures and there should be a small bird to the left of the man which he is looking up at but alas this is missing of this one but as you can see they still show well

A lovely collectable antique pair of decorative candlesticks

They each way 1.5 kilos hence the postage costs
