Atari 2600 video game Backgammon with original instructions by Activision, AX-012,  1981.  Game tested twice (once for inventory, and then just prior to shipment).  Cartridge meticulously cleaned (electrical contacts and case) and all original top and front labels are present.  Instructions in very good condition.
