Folder is in very good condition for a 24 year old folder. There is wear on the bottom of the inner spine, as shown in pictures. Included also are the original 30 card wallets and a Team Rocket Strategy & Card Guide (from 1999 and also has a little wear and tear on the back of it). Please see photos for closer details.
