The dismantling of this Jimny is just starting (April 6th 2024) and i will be removing items carefully, taking plenty of photos and listing accurately for good prices on eBay.

The project is happening as the car is my son's and he has found a new vehicle to move forward with and we agree the Jimny will be more valuable to various buyers as components for their own vehicles.

There are lots of improvements and new parts fitted for just a few months and less than 2,000 miles. Mileage is 75,000 miles it is generally in very good condition inside and out.

The paint code is Z9T, Bright Red 2 - and generally the body work is in very good condition after polishing and good attention to detail, and very little corrosion in places that Jimnys can be affected by - the footwells and boot floor and arches are all in good condition.

The only real challenge initially was the front slam panel and a brand new Jimny part was fitted. The bodywork is in good enough condition that I will consider taking cuts, or selling the shell complete.

In particular, there have been several modifications that will interest Jimny owners: 1) Raptor 4x4 Bumpers Front & Rear - only fitted for a few months, but £750 and £450 new, they are still in great condition

2) Leather effect front seats from a JLX+ Model, looking very good

3) Full set of Alloy wheels from a JLX+ with nearly new BF Goodrich All Terrain Tyres

4) Newly fitted R72 Gearbox from a donor vehicle with 46,000 miles working smoothly

5) Several new item off-road improvements including Snorkel, Diff Guards, Fuel Tank Guard, Transfer Case Guard, Pro Comp Lift Kit (Radius Arms, Panhard Rods, brake lines, propshaft spacers, springs & shocks). We are hoping to sell the complete Pro Comp Kit which was £1,150 new.

6) Newly fitted parts - front King Pins and ball joint oil seals, spark plugs, CV Joint, Water Pump, Crank Pulley,

7) Newly fitted front slam panel

8) Some custom pieces are available - a light bar fabricated for the top spotlights (lights already sold), a storage shelf for the top of the boot space that attaches into the grab rail fixings, covers for front headlights.

I am dismantling on a part time basis and listing each part individually. Everything will be removed carefully to maintain the quality and keep things intact and clean. Where possible i will retain the fixtures, clips, nuts and bolts with the item to allow the new owner to re-use and replace where needed.

I will list each item carefully with accurate details and relevant photos. Usually this will include a Part Code so that you can match with your own and ensure it is what you need.

I am not a Breakers Yard or Car Dealership, so i will not be best to ensure vehicle/model/year compatibility. I will try and help where i can.

I will package carefully and dispatch swiftly when paid for, within 2 working days but usually quicker than that. To make these items as cost effective as possible i will identify the realistic cost for delivery based on weight and dimensions - mainly using Yodel, Evri and similar low-cost couriers. There will be some bulkier items for collection only or to price delivery with the specific buyer.
