Please note photos may show
colour variables due to lighting and camera as well as screen tones. If you are
unsure, please contact me BEFORE purchase. There are no returns on items if you
are after a specific colour and it arrives and it not exactly that colour. If
you need ANY clarification on anything - please feel free to ask.
2.
Due to Australia Post increasing
the cost of parcel post the flat rate postage cost has had to increase to
$13.50 – for any parcel – small up to 3kg large box. This is still a great special
offer for all purchases so have a look and see if there is something else you
can add to the parcel. This is for items purchased in one sale.
3.
No holds without payment. If you
have other auction items, you must message me to let me know to hold your
parcel and combine postage.
4.
Orders not
paid for within 5 days WILL BE CANCELLED

depending on the phone APP it wont. Send me a message if there is an issue with
combined purchases.

If you are not happy with the item or it is damaged in transit, please contact
me immediately so we can organise a return and refund. If you immediately
provide negative feedback without contacting me you will be removed from my
store for any future transactions.
POSTAGE
is within 3 working days. How long it takes for Australia Post to get it to you
is not within my control. Please be aware of this as delays are still
happening. The tracking number will be on your order so you can chase your end.
I wont be following up every items tracking. This is up to you if its not
delivered within the time Australia Post indicates.
