Regarding the operating systems: This keyboard works with any windows PC which got PS/2 connection. (I am using with windows 10 pro so, any motherboard which provides PS/2 connector it should work regardless OS.
Personal opinion about this product
I have been using one these KEYBOARD since 2006 and it is still working, I keep my keyboard always clean and dust free. I have upgraded my PC around late 2012 and that Gigabit mother board had the PS/2 connector so, still using it. Motherboard uses PS/2 connection for keyboard really helps to boot to your BIOS.
