I have a Gen 5 Glock 20 with an optic cut. When I purchased it it was actually for a Glock 21 (45 acp)

They are obviously the same frame. Very good retention. Easy on easy off.

The curve of the holster makes it really easy to conceal compared to other OWB holsters.
