This is an old European piece. There are two puttis, one with a horn, the other with a stick (for a drum?). The design is just like one by ALBO which was an old German company.
It's 1 3/8 inches across and 1.33 inches wide, and weighs 25 grams. It's in excellent antique or vintage condition and made by A&S.
