Good-used condition.  No rips, tears, markings, missing pages.  Pages are yellowing due to age, but not brittle.  

Book measures 5-1/4" x 8" and consists of 252 pages.  There is some chipping of the cover and a piece missing off of the top along the spine (see pictures).
