Up for grabs - A 9.8 CGC graded copy of Uncanny X-Men 244, featuring the first appearance of Jubilee.

The book has been graded 9.8 by CGC. I don't see any visible marks or defects on the book. Please review the pictures 

The book will well packaged for mailing with tracking and insurance.
