We do not cover any software issues/problems related to user misuse such as but not limited to:

-       Windows stuck on Repair and fails

-       Corrupted files

-       Windows was updating but I force shutdown the laptop and then it can’t boot up

All of our laptops have been tested thoroughly and are turned on, booted to Windows, confirmed functionality before they are shipped.
