Fully laminated, waterproof 5 x 7 inch or 12.7 cm x 17.78 cm grave or memorial card for cemetery, garden, planter, wreath or memory box, or can just be hung on wall as a decoration (see photos).  They are original designs and poems created by me. They are meant to  remember or memorialise your loved one at birthdays, anniversaries, changing seasons, or just any day to express your love.  They come with a planter heart shaped stick measuring 3.25 inches or 8.3 cm  in height from bottom to top including heart. The length of the heart is 2 inches or 5 cm. Included also is a waterproof glue dot that has adhesive on both sides. You simply peel off the adhesive and stick it to the back of the card and attach the plastic stick; hold firm for one minute. (Tried and tested in Idaho winters). You can write on the back of the card and/or on the heart planter with a permanent marker. The planter stick and card is meant to be placed close to the ground or the source; thus the stick is not very long. These cards are meant to be temporary and changed out  depending on time of the year. They are meant to give hope and comfort for all.
