Here is a GORGEOUS Vintage Two Way Candle Holder from FENTON Glass.  This is Opalescent with White Edge.  It is Hand Painted with Flowers.  I don't find a signature on this.  This is Tulip shape and holds a votive candle one way or taper the other.  It is 4 1/2 inches tall.
