Has been in my wife's family since mid 1990s when it arrived down from the frozen north. This was her Grandfathers pride and joy, attended many events (some may recognise the rare VEC badge and will know the story surrounding it and appreciate that its not been painted) up till the pandemic when Elvis was parked up and forgotten.

Reluctantly looking to rehome her, must be with someone that will appreciate her and have more time to get her back to her former glory.  The emergence of children has nerfed any time that was set aside for her rolling restoration.

 I pulled her from the garage in 2021 and:

- Rebuilt clutch cylinder

- Replaced Master Brake cylinder

- replaced thermostat housing, stat + top hose 

- new leads + plugs + points + condenser 

- new Simonz exhaust

The carbs will need balancing as she is running neat currently and I'm not smart enough to workout the witchcraft of Carbs.  

Condition wise she represents a genuine 61 year old Volvo, solid and honest, I hope I look as good at her age. 

Exterior has some surface bubbles (blown over 20 years ago) with the worse bits pictured but not structural or serious. The wings are original, never drilled for mirrors and rock solid. 

The interior has seen those 61 years but still very smart and presentable. I was never planning to do anything about it at all, still has the original seat belts.  

Mileage is documented on paper up to the introduction of electronic records. 

Now for an important part: PLEASE NO TIMEWASTER OR TYRE KICKERS. I know what she is worth so no low ball offers or negging on her to try and beat me into a price without a visit. This is not an easy sale so please be respectful. 

I will consider a PX deal but nothing post 90s. 

Time is precious these days so please, no time wasters that just want a chat about the good old days over a cuppa. Plenty of shows for that.
