This is a vintage 1960s Louis Marx & Co. Colonial metal doll house with furniture. The base of this house measures about 26" by 15" and the house is 16" tall. The pieces of wall that go around the garage and the front porch supports are missing, but the rest of the house is in tact. There are some bends in the metal on the base and some areas of tarnish/rust, but overall it's in pretty good shape. See photos for full details. The final photo also shows the worst of the furniture damage. There is a crack in the bed and a few rails missing from the playpen. The rest of the furniture is in tact, but it is becoming brittle with age. I'm not sure if any pieces are missing, but here is what will be included:
