It is a lovely ornate design fireplace, which includes the top/back flap to seal off the chimey as often these are missing or have been mislaid.

It does need to be refinished, but it has been left like that so you can see what you are buying.

Measurements are 91cm height, 68.5cm width top mantle, 51cm width main body depth mantle 14.5cm top.
