The condition described on an item relates to the condition of the China it's self. These items are antiques and as such, there may be age related wear to crests and paint. We will do our best to point out any of this in our photos.

Returns cannot be accepted unless we make an error in the listing, therefore whilst we will do all we can to be accurate and to show every side and top and bottom of the item, we do ask buyers to ensure that they are happy before agreeing to purchase.

All our items are being sold on behalf of a collector who built up a collection over 50 years. We have many rare and hard to find pieces and the vast majority of items were only added to the collection if they were in exemplary condition.

We take care to use safe packaging for your ordered pieces so that your order will arrive safely.

This includes secure boxes - marked as fragile, tissue paper, unprinted newspaper sheets (chip-shop paper) and bubble wrap.

Your item(s) will be packed tightly, so there is no movement in transit.
