Any parts returned under warranty will not be exchanged/refunded if found to be tampered with or stripped. If a part is reported to be faulty or broken, we will only give a refund or replacement once we have received the old unit back and tested it. 

Items incorrectly ordered or no longer required will subject to a 20% surcharge; also the buyer will be responsible for all the shipping costs.  In the rare occasion if we have sent an incorrect item or if there is an error in our listing the buyer needs to contact us immediately to resolve this issue.
