The TV will not have been used for any longer then 28 days from new and will have very low hours usage on the panel.
Tested and refurbished and in very good condition with minor defect: One minor faint horizontal line located on the lower half of the screen. This is slightly more visible on some block coloured screens from close up however doesn't normally effect any general viewing on a normal moving screen from a normal viewing distance. This will not worsen over time. (Please see pictures)
LINE ON SCREEN
A line is usually caused by either physical damage or a manufacturing fault causing a faulty connection to an entire row of pixels. Sometimes the pixels can show colours incorrectly or sometimes they can be dead, which appear black. This then appears as a line through the TV picture/ screen. A line will be more visible on some backgrounds than others, less so on a normal moving picture, and will not worsen over time.
