This vintage toy is in excellent cosmetic condition and functions without issue. There are no major patches of missing hair and only some scratches to the black paint on the bottom from use. The hair near the tail mechanism is sparser than the rest of the body from use. This toy operates a little differently than other windup toys. Moving the tail from one side to the other turns the motion on or off. Also, the white arrow on the bottom must be aligned with the hole for the key to wind it up. This will come with a reproduction key. The penguin stands approximately 4 inches tall.
