In the event of an error on your part on a size of one of our products and as long as these are correctly stated in our listings we will not refund the shipping costs either outward or return. Goods will be refunded to you in full provided they are in new condition with original packaging.

We do not deliver any islands, islands Spain, Italy etc. if shipping costs are too high.

We cannot make Home Delivery for the same price as a Mondial Relay.

We do not refund any extra shipping costs we can hold hold goods or transportation as eBay no longer reimburses us for fees.
