This book has a leather like soft cover and it is in very good condition for
its age (see pictures). There is a tiny tear on the first page at the bottom which
is hardly noticeable. All other pages are fully intact with no missing pages,
no tears, rips, writings and no major stains.
An excellent book to add to your collection!!!
