Fine Vintage Country Farmhouse Piece Patchwork Combination applique Bear Crossing, Log Cabin in the Woods Quilt! Wonderful Earth tones grace this unforgettable piece! Features the age old Log Cabin pattern surrounding the applique feature body of the quilt! The Log Cabin pattern, is a pattern that dates back to the late 1800's! The center pattern piece represents the actual hearth, heart, or center of the Log Cabin! Ususally the kitchen or where the Wood Stove was stationed! The surrounding pattern pieces represent the hand hewn logs of the Log Cabin!
This beauty is Graced with gorgeous earth tones! Barn Red, Fire Brick, Pecan Brown, Black Bear, Post Oak Brown, Saddle Tan, Taupe, Forest Green, Nutmeg, Olive Green, Milk Chocolate, Split Rail Brown, and Birch Vanilla White!
Measures 60 x 48 inches! Only has a tiny spot of wear on one corner, very miniscule!
These old quilts are artwork in all in their own way! Each Quilt as unique as the person that created it and the owner that cherishes it! Yarn tied at seam junctions, for strength, durability, and country charm!
