Galaxy Tab 3 with wi-fi and 4G cellular network connectivity (untested on 4G). Nice screen, plays movies from some sites. Has been factory reset, and is not locked to any Google account. Was previously successfully used for web browsing and running OBD2 app. Due to its age, may no longer work nicely with Google Play store for downloading apps, but an enthusiast could doubtless make some use of it by installing an alternative OS or side-loading the apps.
