• We guarantee the part you receive will be what you ordered and in working condition! If your part is defective we will happily ship you a replacement.
• 30 Day Returns, If you purchased an item by mistake or the item is no longer needed, you may return it for a refund within 30 days from purchase date.
• All items are serial numbered and will be verified upon return before refund is made.
• All working returns are subject to a 15% or $15 restocking fee, whichever is less.
• Shipping fee cannot be refunded. Buyer pays return shipping.
• Refunds are only issued if the part is returned in original condition and packaged carefully. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and an email from us authorizing the return.
• Bids create a contract for payment that can only be cancelled by paying a 10% cancellation fee. Non-payment creates a breach of contract that will be reported to eBay.
