I agree postage costs are ridiculous, but due to the amount of lost parcels I am currently experiencing ALL my parcels are now sent Recorded Delivery.

We do accept returns. However UNLESS my description is in error you will need to pay for the return postage yourself.

The item needs to be back with us within 14 days with all tags (If attached in the first place) and all packaging.

We can then inspect the item and issue a refund minus the original cost of posting out to you..
