Panties have 3 rows of tiny lace across the bum. 

Top has criss-cross straps that button to the skirt in back. 

Bonnet has gathered lace at the curved brim.

All inside seams are finished. Closes with buttons and buttonholes.

This cute little outfit was designed and fitted for Ideal's 9" Belly Button doll but will fit other similar sized baby dolls.
