This replaces the original handle on the gate for when it cracks and breaks. This only works with the original version of the gate with the red lock at the end of the handle (See picture). It was modified slightly from the original design to allow it to print easier, and remove any unnecessary complexity.

Installation Instructions:

1. Remove the old broken handle (save the nut and bolt)

2. Slightly stretch the new handle over the gate to get it to fit into place

3. Reuse the old nut and bolt to attach the new handle (NOTE: the hole will be tight, don’t force it in. Just screw it into the plastic part and it will slide right in)

DON’T OVER TIGHTEN: Only tighten until the lock nut is engaged. The threads should be flush with the end of the lock nut or slightly recessed.

This part is strictly functional and not mean't to be cosmetically appealing. In the white, there may be small marks/dots of brown or black. Some features may not be perfectly symmetrical due to post-processing and sanding by hand. This item is not invincible and there is still a chance it will break like the original. Color may not match perfectly and look slightly different in person.
