This is a very rare MISPRESS, on the leftside of the Backcover there is long blur in the printing Design.
Not sealed but still in its original plastik wrapping, all is in like-new/near-mint Conditions, Discs have never being played. Just 1 minor Detail caused during postal Journey: 1 slight mark on lower-left froncase that is not deep and doesn´t affect the Spine. Check Pictures for further Details and feel free to ask for extra detailed Pictures or any specifics!!
I will include a 6-page stapled Sheet with extras and very detailed Information about the different Formats of this Movie that I have gathered during the years (only about the real one: The Barbarian), there you will find specifics about this Steelbook release. I will also include a 15-pages stapled Set/Brochure with tons of unreleased/unheard-of Information regarding the filming of "Conan the Barbarian" Movie, it is a shame that most of these shitty-capitalistic Releases never included a proper thick Booklet with all the relevant information, history, details or at least a shitty Insert!!!!

Region Free, original J-Card of the back, Disc-1 is the corrected version with original audio, chorus and proper night filter. Currently, the French steelbook is the ONLY correct version of this movie to have ever been released on Blu-ray anywhere in the world, thus its price worldwide. This is way:
> The choir during the opening attack on the village has been completely restored.
> The night filter as Conan is chased by the wolves has been restored perfectly.
> The choir during Conan's recovery sword wielding has been beautifully restored.
> The percussion during the orgy scene is all there.
> The choir during the end battle is back in tact.
> All original Foley effects are complete and unaltered.
> The movie is completely uncut featuring the witch scene in its entirety as well as all of the horse trips.
> The picture quality is as good as any previous release.
> The corrected soundtrack is lossless DTS-MA and is a full blown 5.1 mix. It sounds fabulous, thunderous, majestic and the dialogue is crisp. This new mix no doubt came from extremely high quality sources, most likely the original master audio tapes. It has that same liveliness and crispness as the newly remastered original soundtrack in the 3-CD Boxset Collectors set from Intrada.
The steelbook art is awesome and pictures don't do it justice. This is the definitive version of Conan the Barbarian.
