these are pretty incredible, I am not sure exactly what style you would call this, eagles head holding a snake or serpant , they appear to be solid bronze there pretty heavy for there size , they will need cleaned up the candle parts unthread, couple are bent and will need some attention , now no reason you cant use them as they are and put candles in them ! just trying to let you know any imperfections, I have not cleaned them in anyway, I would imagine there 1800s but I simply dont know, there is no information or similar pair that I can find, there certainly one of a kind and they belong in some dark victorian home ! Or your home if you like them !
