Item is complete but has some issues:

• The head: It does not appear to be broken but it is missing the spring that holds it in place and has it pop up.
• The leg: MAIN ISSUE - Please see photo as it is cracked and hanging on by a thread. This MIGHT ok to fix with a good plastic epoxy. Due to this break, the leg won't stay fixed.
• The hose: Like many others, it has started cracking due to age but I've seen ones on a Transformer collector's website with worse that still sold for high values.
• The hinge cap (should be 7th photo): this has broken off but it does set in place and could also be repaired with a good plastic epoxy.
• Battery Compartment and Cover: Compartment is clean and cover is solid. I DO NOT KNOW IF IT WORKS yet as I don't have a 9V battery anywhere right now to test.

Shipping Policy:

• I do not accept returns unless I really hosed up the description or missed something. If this happens, PLEASE reach out to me, I'd rather issue a refund than have negative feedback due to something that could have easily been addressed.
• I ship using USPS Ground Advantage as standard and the lowest option. I need all purchases to be trackable and insured for my protection and yours. If the item is large, I will ship UPS as they seem to have lower rates for larger items.
• PLEASE - VERIFY your shipping address. Any items that are returned to me due to wrong address will only receive refunds for the returned items NOT the shipping costs.
• I will always insure high price items for the full sale price. Should an item get lost or damaged, it is the responsibility of the buyer to make the claim with the shipping company. 
• If you win multiple items, I am happy to combine all of them in one box and send you a revised shipping cost.
