How to installation:

1. Mark holes from the template included

2. Drill two 2 inch holes for the bulbs

3. Plug bulbs into the device

4. Place device onto duct

5. Install with 4 sheet metal screws

6. Plug device into any grounded 120 v outlet (up to 277 v)

7. Turn it on and you're DONE
