3. Proof of Purchase:** You must provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, to initiate a return.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
Final Sale Items:** Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
Personalized and Customized Items:** Items that have been personalized or customized to your specifications cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Return Process:
1. Contact Customer Support:** To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via eBay messages.
2. Packaging: Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging and accessories.
3. RMA Number:** Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. If there is no RMA number then ensure you enclose your name, user name, and order number in the package.
4. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.
