IMPORTANT NOTICE!
Customers who are located in the following area's including: Scotland / Devon / Ireland / Northern Ireland will need to provide us with your postcode before purchasing any items for us to get a delivery quote for your postcode , as there will be extra postage charges for these areas mentioned. if you purchase an item & don't provide us with your postcode prior to purchasing we are entitled to cancel your order.
All items are given an average of 3-5 working days delivery unless stated 2-3 working days and also included a 2 day dispatch time for us to remove the item and get it sent out to the courier or for collection. Some items might be delivered sooner and some might take longer due to the size of the item. All 3-5 working day deliveries are sent on a pallet & a tracking number can be provided if requested by the customer . All 2-3 working day Deliveries will be tracked. If the customer requests the item to be left in safe place with the courier , it can be done, but we will not be held responsible if the item goes missing or gets damaged once left in the requested safe area.
Body panels & glass items
All doors are sold as *NOT COMPLETE*, the items that are not included in the sale include DOOR MIRROR/DOOR HINGES/DOOR SWITCHES, unless an agreement has been made with the customer prior to the purchase, All other parts that are left on the door or inside the door are not warranted as they are left on the door as a good will gesture incase the customer needs them for any spares etc. All body panels are sent via a pallet service & could take longer than the estimated delivery date given on eBay , we appreciate this can be frustrating, however I think we would all agree that we would rather the panels were to arrive in the original condition as seen in the advertisement, rather than arriving potentially damaged.
Returns policy
Any parts returned under warranty will not be exchanged or refunded if found to be tampered with or stripped in any way. The customer is to pay postage on any parts returned unless an agreement has been made prior to the original delivery, Once the items are shipped out, the shipping & handling fee is not refundable. all items are checked prior to packaging, customers are responsible for checking the condition and checking that the items are correct before accepting the delivery.

SAFETY NOTICE: WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT ALL SAFETY CRITICAL PARTS ARE FITTED BY ONLY SPECIFICALLY TRAINED AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIANS & MUST BE TESTED WORKING BY THE GARAGE / TECHNICIANS BEFORE HANDING THE VEHICLE OVER TO THE CUSTOMER. ALL PARTS ARE SOLD AS A "USED CONDITION ITEM" & NO LIABILITY CAN BE ACCEPTED FOR ANY MALFUNCTIONS, DAMAGE OR INJURIES CAUSED BY INAPPROPRIATE FITTING OR FAILURE OF SUCH COMPONENTS.
KINGSBRIDGE AUTO PARTS WILL NOT COVER / REIMBURSE ANY LABOUR COSTS / CHARGES INVOLVED WITH FITTING , REMOVAL AND / OR CHANGING OF PARTS SUPPLIED BY THE COMPANY, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
A period of 30 days from the date of purchase in which the part must be fitted and tested, if faulty, returned for exchange. If no exchange is available, a refund will be issued on the original purchase price less postage Cost.
